T-TAP is a parntership of the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) with the Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) at the University of Massachusetts Boston. T-TAP provides training and technical assistance for providers (1) to evolve their programs to provide integrated employment outcomes in non-stereotypical jobs based on customized employment strategies and individual choice; and (2) to increase wages of people with disabilities who are currently working at less than minimum wage through the use of customized employment strategies and individual choice.
