Fundatia Alpha Transilvana [RO]

Alpha Transilvana Foundation is a non-governmental humanitarian and charitable organization with no regard as to political, ethnic, racial and religious factors, without any patrimonial goal, having the aim to help persons with physical, psychological or social difficulties and other categories of disadvantaged persons.    

In 2005, Alpha Transilvana Foundation was accredited by the Romanian government to provide the following services:

• Recuperation and rehabilitation services 

• Support and orientation for professional integration, re-adaptation and re-education 

• Measures and actions which aim to limit situations of difficulty or vulnerability 

Alpha Transilvana brings together:  

• IMPULS: Prevention and early intervention centre for neuro-psycho-motoral disabilities (since 2003) 
• PERSEVERANTA: Day care and recuperation centre for children with neuro-psycho-motorial disabilities (since 2002) 
• ATRIUM: Vocational orientation and training centre for young adults with disabilities (since 2002) 
• TIMURAL: Limited Liability Company – sheltered unit (since 2005)
